I hope you are doing well.
Alright, so here's another content packed newsletter that will
help you boost your Clickbank P-r-o-f-i-t-s while using CBNB in the
long term.
1. How do you know how good a product is by looking at the
Website?
It's NOT hard to see whether a product will sell or not simply
by viewing the website sales page. For one, when you are choosing
your products under CBNB in Tab 2, you are able to view the
website by double clicking the Product Title.
refer2...Let's say that you go to a product sales page
of interest, what now?
First, you want to make sure that the product sales page has a
good headline because this is what the visitor sees first. Does
it explain a problem and a benefit or does it just display
features?
It is a necessity that the sales page presents a problem and
shows that the product is selling it the solution.
When you read it, write down how you feel, and what are your
reactions to it are. This will help because then you can ask
yourself questions like, "Was I convinced that this product was
a solution to the problem or Did I know right away what the sales
page was selling?"
If the answers to those questions about are both yes, then you
may have a good sales letter.
Now let's move down the sales page a little...
Does it contain an opt form of any kind? Sometimes I want to
avoid Clickbank sales pages that request that the user give them
their name and email. This is because what happens is unless
your affiliate link is imbedded into the email that is sent you,
there is a possibility that your commission can be taken.
I'm not saying that is the intent of the seller, but one way you
could check this is by signing up for the newsletter. Within a
few days, click on the link inside the email which probably asks
you to p-u-r-c-h-a-s-e the product. So after that, click
into the purchase page as if you are about to grab the product.
Now here's a secret tip….
At the payment page, you will see something that says affiliate
at the bottom. Usually you will see the affiliate's ID that referred
you here. If your affiliate ID is not there, you may want to stay
away from promoting the product.
Cool Huh?
Another tip to remember is that users reading a sales page
online is different than users reading it on paper. When people
read sales pages on the Internet, they tend to glance at
headlines, bolded letters, bulleted points, bonuses, the price,
and testimonials.
By knowing this, you can also use this technique be quickly
glancing down the sales page and make sure you write down your
emotions. If you feel excited, write that down, if you feel
bored, write that down. The look at your paper and see how you
felt...
If this product is part of a niche that you are familiar with,
then I can tell you that that gut feeling will help a lot.
That's why in last week's newsletter I talked about finding
niches that you could relate to. You see how it all fits
together?
Lastly, bonuses are important too. Sometimes the more bonuses
the better, but that is not always the case. If the sales page
does provide bonuses, then you want to take a look at them. You
want to see whether or not the bonuses match that of the product.
The point of this is you want to make sure that the traffic you send
to these pages get exactly what they wanted which drives up your
conversion rate, and most importantly they stay on track. Anything
on the sales page that just does not fit the product itself gives you a
hint that the page may not convert as well.
I'll give you a quick example. When I created CBNB, you will
notice that on my frontpage, the bonuses I use are ones that I
have actually created. My point in all this is that I want my
customers to stay on focus and make money with CBNB.
Too many times have I seen especially in the Internet Marketing
world, sellers selling one thing and they give 10 bonuses but
they have nothing to do with the product itself. It definitely
drives their conversion rate for the short term, but if it
distracts the visitor too much, the site maybe getting more
refunds in the long term.
So in essence, you want to look at the long term not the short
term.
Bottom line is that if you use this technique, then you can find
high converting products that will enable you to increase your
commission more effectively.
I know this newsletter is a bit long, but once you learn the
content and the technique within, you can easily do this kind of
stuff in a few minutes or less.
2. Knowing how to use the Statistics listed in CBNB.
The second technique is knowing how to use the Tab 2 grid in
CBNB to find good niche related products. The grid shows things
like referred percentage, earned sale, and commission percentage.
Normally, I want to focus my eyes on referred and earned sale.
The commission details are displayed there because some people
like to use it, but some products that pay 75% could pay less
than a product that goes for 50%. The earned sale is the average
sale you receive as a Clickbank affiliate.
The referred percentage just means how much of the seller's
P-r-o-f-i-t-s come from affiliates. If it is higher, than there could
be many possibilities that come into play such that the product
is easy sold by affiliates.
In the windows upgrade that is being worked on, I will be adding
Gravity and Product Description under the search criteria to help
you find even more profitable products...
