Newsletter 10: How to use Private Label Articles to Increase
your Affiliate Marketing conversion rate.

Dear friend,

This week I would like to talk about a good type of quality
content. Aside from blogs, web editing, and marketing, many of
you have emailed me questions on acquiring good content to put
on your blogs, websites, and more.

friend, in this newsletter, I would like to talk to you
about the topic of Private Label Articles...

I am sure you have crossed this type of content, but if
you haven't you may be wondering what they are...

Private Label Rights Articles have been one of the fastest
growing trends not only in Internet Marketing, but in other
niches. In a nutshell, a PLR article is an article written for
the purpose of allowing other people to change it around, put
their name on it, and claim it as their own.

So for example, let's say that you are promoting dog training
Clickbank or other affiliate related products. You then get a
hold of Private Label Articles that deal with dog training and
use it for your blogs as quality content to increase your
conversion rate. You see where I am going with this...?

Ok, friend, let's go deeper...

Now there are several techniques you can use to take advantage
of PLR articles such as changing them and I'll talk about the
advantage of doing this as I get further into this newsletter.

Here's my secret formula ....

Niche Blogs or Websites + Edited PLR articles or Your Own
Articles + Affiliate Marketing = A Powerful Affiliate Marketing
Combination.

Of course driving traffic to your blog or website is another
issue, but content wise, I generally use that formula to help my
own conversion rate when building affiliate websites. There can
be more to it, but this general idea is very powerful stuff.

Here are more advantages friend:

PLR articles are for lazy people. Ok, I'm not saying you are
lazy, but everyone wants to decrease the time they spend on
their business while at the same time increase their potential
conversion rate right...?

...and I'll admit that I am lazy sometimes too or a better way
to say it is that we are all busy bodies. Just like you, I don't
want to overwhelm myself too much so I try to find the best
possible ways to increase my conversions while decreasing the
time I have to put into it.

So another better way of saying this would be that PLR articles
are great for SAVING time....

....This is because you don't have to start from scratch and
bang your head in figuring out what you want to write about.
Honestly, it takes me an hour to sit down each week and write a
newsletter to you just to ensure that the content I write is good
content, not just fluff.

Of course I don't know use PLR articles for my newsletters but I
often do so for my affiliate marketing related niche sites. So in
essence, sometimes articles can take half an hour to write, yet
PLR articles give you that boost in the beginning.

"Ok, Stephen, PLR articles aren't that perfect...There's got to
be disadvantages, so what are they?"

Right you are friend. There are always disadvantages or
weaknesses of anything.

You see...Most of the time I personally don't use PLR articles
as is; meaning I always change them around to make them how I
write or even add better content. Also specifying a theme or
keywords is great when search engines come to index you so they
see your article as a valuable targeted article instead of just
fluff. Remember that often duplicate content can penalize you in
the search engines, especially with Google.

I mostly write my own articles, but again, I use PLR articles
when I don't want to think too much about what I want to write
about.

Where can I find these PLR articles?

If you do a search for Private Label Articles, you'll find lots
of sites selling them...

friend, here is how PLR articles can be used with
CBNicheBuilder...

As I mentioned earlier, PLR articles combined with Affiliate
Marketing is a powerful combination. What I suggest is that you
take an article, edit it, and plop it into your HTML web editor.
You can use www.nvu.com if you'd like since it's f-r-e-e. Now
put the article into your web editor and put the token variable
<sitemap> at the bottom of that article. Then take that html
code and put it into the CBNB Tab 3 site generator. Then you
will have some nice PLR articles that relate to the products
you product.

You see, when you give your visitors a good article and promote
a good product of that niche, then your conversion rate
increases. Keep that secret tip in mind because I use it all the
time. Choose profitable products in your niche or you want to
make sure you earn at least $10-15 each product. It's
unbelievable, but there are some products in Clickbank that pay
you $0.99 or even use a sneaky trick to have you promote their
products, and not give you commission. Of course people that
trick affiliates will generally get banned, but still, it's
important to find the right products before promoting them.

Tip: Avoid jumping on the bandwagon without doing your research
on products you want to promote.

I've been burned before, and I don't want to see that happen to
you. See...If you choose your products, especially ones with
good referred percent, that shows that other affiliates are
making money off of those products and that is great.

PLR Articles are also a good source to be used for affiliate
marketing in general as well. You can even use the same idea as
I mentioned above to promote the products you want commission
for.

Problems you may face:

Being overwhelmed. Yes, those words are the biggest stopping
factors of most people I know. It even stops me sometimes since
I generally work 16 hours a day and sometimes there's always too
much to do, yet so little time. There are alternatives to
getting over being overwhelmed. Just as I mentioned in my last
few newsletters, you can conquer being overwhelmed by using a
specific formula that I find works for me.

Time Management + organization + persistence + motivation

Believe it or not, you can take two hours a day and complete so
much. I actually work a 9 hour full time job, and I will come
home, eat dinner, and work until 1am or so completing projects I
have written down.

Ok friend...I know that was important to many of you and I
wanted to re-iterate what I had mentioned last week, but I'll
get back to PLR articles...

I remember when PLR articles came out and I'd purchase them.
Guess what? After a month, they would be sitting on my computer
not doing a single thing...

I have seen people who actually take PLR articles and succeeded
greatly with them.

Other than that, I hope this content filled newsletter will give
you a better idea about how PLR articles are a great source of
content for you and how you can increase your conversions by
missing them with affiliate marketing.

As for the CBNB upgrade version 3...I have had a good amount of
beta testers test the product, yet have had two great responses
which allow me to improve CBNB. I am working with a fellow CBNB
customer who is a web designer to implement some better looking
templates with increased affiliate income sources into the CBNB
upgrade.

Since I haven't gotten many responses back from other beta testers,
and the responses received tell me that CBNB still needs a little
improvement, the upgrade will have added features, thus being
a little delayed.
...As you know, I program software, yet lately I have had
to hire a few programmers to get my software upgraded due to my
increased workload. The major database changes, etc, have cost me
over $1500; yet, you will get an upgrade for F-R-E-E since that
was my original promise to over-deliver.
